My Process

Most contractors show up, take a quick look, and tell you what they think the problem is.

That’s not how I work.

I’ll respond by text or call you back, depending on what makes sense.
We’ll talk through what’s going on, I’ll walk you through pricing, and we’ll get something scheduled.

You’ll get a confirmation text with the exact date and time.

I’ll confirm the appointment the day before or the morning of.

When I’m on the way, I’ll share my location so you know exactly when I’ll arrive.

Before I touch anything, I do a full evaluation—I look, listen, and take notes. I’m identifying anything that’s wrong or could be corrected.

Then I connect gauges and measurement tools to see what the system is actually doing.  I measure total system capacity and calculate real-world operating efficiency. I often find equipment operating at 60–80% of its rated efficiency.

On emergency calls, I can often complete the repair the same day.

After the evaluation, you’ll get a written proposal outlining:

• what I found
• what it means
• what I recommend

Once you approve the proposal, I order materials and schedule the work.  After it’s complete, I take additional measurements to verify the system is performing as expected.  You’ll know it’s right because the numbers say so—not just because I said so.
