I start by listening, asking questions, and looking over the system carefully before jumping to conclusions.

Depending on the situation, I may check airflow, static pressure, temperature split, refrigerant performance, electrical operation, thermostat function, condensate safety, duct issues, filtration, or overall equipment condition.

The goal is to understand what is actually happening before recommending the next step.

Many repairs can be completed the same day when parts and conditions allow.

After the evaluation, I’ll explain what I found in plain language.

You’ll understand:

For larger repairs, replacements, or performance improvements, I’ll provide a written proposal before moving forward.

Once the work is approved, I order materials if needed and schedule the repair, installation, or follow-up visit.

After the work is complete, I verify operation and take measurements when appropriate to confirm the system is performing as expected.
